It was also hard to cook eggs because you know it was under water and they would float off and everything. Further, the products would get wet and Plankton kept calling us insolent fools, so we sadly had to move our operations back to land and stop working in the tree dome because Sandy got annoyed. No, we're just kidding. It was really Mr. Krabs who was annoyed. Hey, it wasn't our fault he kept coming over to use her new "make money out of thin air" machine. We just worked there! So no we do not currently have a physical business address and if you send us post mail to Bikini Bottom, we will not receive it because we don't work there anymore and it will also get wet.)
DEFECTIVE & LOST ITEMS
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. For defective items, please notify us within 15 days of receipt of your item that your item is defective by contacting our store at ladylibertyandco@gmail.com and include the order number and photos of the defect. Once your product is approved for replacement, we will immediately ship a replacement item at no cost to you!
