We stand by affordable healthcare and women's rights, so we pledge to give 1% of our profits to Planned Parenthood which provides sexual and reproductive healthcare and education to the United States and abroad. PP empowers people to exercise their right to bodily autonomy and start families when they are ready. When no one else wants to have difficult conversations about sexual health, or offer affordable cancer and STI screenings, there's PP. We stand by PP!
YES, ABORTION IS CONSTITUTIONAL
1. No one has the right to force a person of any age to donate blood or tissue, so the state does not have the right to force these donations from a pregnant woman. This is sex discrimination, as only the female sex gets pregnant, and sex discrimination is unconstitutional per the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause.
2. Not even violent criminals who shoot people are forced to donate blood or organs to save the victim's life. And dead people whose organs could be used to save lives are sacrificed if that person did not consent to organ donation. So abortion bans treat women worse than violent criminals and dead people. Yikes.
4. If childbirth is inherently life-threatening and abortion bans force women to risk their lives against their will, and die, then abortion bans infringe upon a woman's constitutional right to life and are therefore unconstitutional, not to mention a heinous violation of personal privacy and HIPAA laws.
