Thank you for your interest in our brand. All of our products are printed on demand just for you which is why it takes us time to fulfill your order before we ship it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Also, because we only print items on demand and begin to process your order as soon as we receive it, we do not refund or exchange products except for item defect. We do not make exceptions for wrong size or color ordered by the customer because each item is new, unused & truly made just for you and we begin processing your order right away. These policies help ensure zero waste, lower our effect on climate change, protect us from Covid-19 contamination, save us the cost of warehouse storage and administrative fees to inspect and re-package products, save us the cost of shipping items back and forth and ensure the products you receive are always clean and unused to remain hygienic. We are a sustainable brand and these policies are environmentally friendly & help save the planet. For these reasons we do not accommodate shopper's remorse and recommend that any products that are no longer wanted or which were ordered somehow erroneously, such as by wrong size or color, be donated to charity or given away as gifts to friends, family or underprivileged households. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please notify us within 15 days of receipt of your item that you have received a defective item by contacting us via our support form. Kindly send us photos of the item's defect & your order number. Once your product is approved for replacement we will ship you a brand new replacement product!
