Please ensure your shipping address on file with us is correct before you place an order as we do not refund or replace items sent to a wrong address entered by the customer or which are marked as delivered by the carrier. All claims for lost & defective items must be submitted to us by email no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. In the rare event you receive a defective item, kindly notify us by email and include your order number and photos of the defect. Once your product is approved for replacement, we will happily replace your item. In the rare event your item is late, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to inquire about its location, as every order comes with tracking. If the carrier confirms that the item is lost, please notify us by email no later than 14 days after the item's estimated delivery date and we will happily send you a replacement at no cost to you.
