Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout as our store is not responsible for items that are reported lost by the customer but which are also marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for lost or defective items must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date of the product. In the rare event that your item is lost or defective, please submit a claim to us by email with your order number. If defective, include photos of the defect. If late, use the order's tracking number to confirm whether the item is lost or simply late, then let us know that you have confirmed it is lost. Once we approve product replacement, you will receive the product at no extra cost to you.
