We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason and regret any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to allow size exchanges in the future for apparel. For updates about this policy, please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media for store announcements. We have posted both metric and imperial size charts on all relevant product pages for sizing accuracy. If purchasing a gift, kindly consider the gift of choice with our store gift cards. 

DEFECTIVE & LOST ITEMS

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout as we do not refund or replace any items which are marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for lost or defective items must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date of the product. 

In the rare event that your item is late or defective, please submit a claim to us by email with your order number and:

• If defective, include photos of the defect.
• If late and you double checked that the delivery address is indeed correct, include a screenshot of the tracking confirmation that the package is lost.

Once we approve your request, we will ship you a brand new replacement product at no extra cost to you.
