We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason and regret any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to allow size exchanges in the future for apparel. For updates about this policy, please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media for store announcements. We have posted both metric and imperial size charts on all relevant product pages for sizing accuracy. If purchasing a gift and you're unsure about size or preference, kindly consider the gift of choice with our store gift cards.
DEFECTIVE & LOST ITEMS
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout as we do not refund or replace items marked as delivered by the carrier for any reason. Claims for lost or defective items must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date of the product.
In the rare event your item is late or defective, submit a claim by email with your order number, and:
- If defective, include photos of the defect and desire for replacement.
- If late, check item's shipping status using the tracking information. If tracking shows that item is lost, notify us.
Once we approve your request, we will ship you a brand new replacement product at no extra cost to you.
