Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before you place an order with us. We do not refund or replace items sent to a wrong address entered by the customer or which are marked as delivered by the carrier. All claims for lost & defective items must be submitted to us by email no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. In the rare event you receive a defective item, notify us by email and include your order number and photos of the defect. Once your product is approved for replacement, we will replace your item. In the rare event your item is late, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to inquire about its location. If the carrier confirms that the item is lost, please notify us by email no later than 14 days after the item's estimated delivery date and we will replace the item.
