RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Each item you order from us is created with love as it is custom made and created on demand, so it is really, especially, just for you! For this reason, and because it is more environmentally sustainable, we only allow one single size change per adult apparel item. The exchange must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of the receipt of the order. The customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking. We do not refund or replace items which become lost in transit after being sent back to us without tracking, so we highly recommend that the customer purchases tracking when returning items to us. We will cover all shipping and tracking for the replacement item.
We do our best to accommodate customers in choosing their correct size by offering both metric and imperial size charts for all appropriate items. However, despite everyone's best efforts, we understand that sometimes, it's just not a good fit. To initiate a size exchange, please let us know via our support form. We rapidly respond to all inquires. To qualify for a size change, items must be in completely new condition, with no signs of wear, including no perfumes or scents, and must come with all original packaging. After contacting us to initiate an exchange, we will instruct you to send back your original item to us. Once we receive and approve the original item for an exchange, you may place a new order for your correct size. Once your new order with your correct size is processed, we will refund your original purchase.
All items which are not adult apparel items are not eligible for return or exchange and are final sale, and we reserve the right to refuse returns at any time. Our terms and policy are always subject to change, and we reserve the right to change them at any time. Of course, the return policy at the time of your purchase is the policy that will apply to your purchase. Thank you for your understanding and your business.
Thank you for your order. We apologize that you have received a defective item. Please notify us within 5 business days that your item is defective by contacting us via our support form and kindly include pictures of the item's defect along with your order number. We will quickly provide instructions for how to return your product. Once we receive your item, we will immediately ship you your brand new replacement product. Thank you for your business.
